Shamanic methods such as soul retrieval, restoration of lost power, psychic surgery, and clearning of negatives energies. NOTE: Reiki Haus now uses a BioMat and BioPillow for all treatments. The heat is not turned up to therapeutic levels, but the amethyst and tourmaline do enhance the treatments.

Reiki Benefits Report

Reiki is most commonly used as a tool for stress reduction and relaxation, but its benefits extend much further. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.

Class Descriptions Report

The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and practice. Practice includes giving and receiving Reiki using the various hand positions and technqiues. While we do practice in class, it is emphasized and expected that you will practice after the class is over. This is necessary to gain experience and confidence, to increase your sensitivity to the Reiki energies and how they work, and to increase your experience in sensing Hibiki or impediments to the energy flow.Practice includes giving and receiving Reiki using the various technqiues taught in the class.

My Lineage Report

The acknowledged way of determining a Master Teacher's authenticity is through tracing their Reiki lineage back to the founder Mikao Usui. All of these trainings and attunements have been in-person - not obtained by internet, not by DVD, and certainly not "self" done. As you can see, the third lineage is unique in that it is NOT of the Hayashi and Takata lineage, but is Japanese.

Sharlene is the most incredible healer. The experience I had with her was electric. As she moved through certain parts of my body I could feel the energy radiating through it. Though my eyes were closed, I could sense bright around me even though we were in a dark room. It was magical!
