I have been seeing Dr Rosello since 1981. I go every single month. She gives me a body "tune up" which keeps me moving. I've had issues with my knees, neck and lower back over the years as I've gotten older. (in my 70's) She is the one who keeps me adjusted so I can live an active lifestyle. She is fabulous. Extremely dedicated and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr Rosello.

I’ve been a patient for about 4 years and I’ve had great experiences at Rossello Family Chiropractic!! I began therapy after a fall and today I do not have the pain or limitations I did before treatment. The office staff is great and friendly and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Dr. Rossello and staff are wonderful, kind and skilled. When I first visited her office, my neck was so stiff that I couldn't sleep on a pillow for months. I'm so happy I found Dr. Rossello. She is passionate about her work and her hands know exactly where to go to pinpoint where pain may be coming from. Dr. Rossello is truly gifted in her technique for chiropractic adjustments. She has been treating me for years for chronic lower back pain that I can manage without medication while under her care. I've been a patient of Dr. Rosello for more than 2yrs and she is very, very good at what she does! She notices issues and takes care of them right then. Dr. Rosello communicates what's going on clearly and will give suggestions on how to do certain things for yourself even. Her staff is so friendly and professional -really enjoy them! I was recommended to Dr, Rossello by a friend who had used her. All I can say is that I was having serious knee issues and now I am able to walk and exercise without the aid of knee braces. Dr. Rossello is the absolute best and I highly recommend her to anyone. Give her a try, you have everything to gain.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rossello since 2012. I initially started seeing her because of a lower back injury I suffered from running. I am not a fan of medication and was seeking an alternative. She provided excellent therapeutic care medication free and got me back to running. Both my husband and I see her for regular care and highly recommend her practice.

I had been to a few chiropractors before moving to Maryland and when I started going to her, I was amazed at the results. She was by far, the best chiropractor I had ever been to. Unfortunately, after a year, I moved to VA but she is absolutely worth the drive. I did try to find someone closer but again, I just can't find anyone better. Not only is she a great chiropractor, but she is dedicated to each and every person, in their health, and in their general lives.
She looks at every aspect of your life and will recommend different things based on your life habits. Whether it's B vitamins to replenish what stress takes away. Or a special wrap for runner's knee. Or a healing ointment for that pinched nerve.
Alongside the regular chiropractic treatments, they have an area for more isolated treatments with a machine that stimulates your nerves with what feels like electric pulses (LOVE this thing).
And another area for pilates type treatments. In here, they may also go over specific stretches to do at home based on your lifestyles or back problems. All in all, this place is great and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their overall health.
