Mike is a certified instructor and a registered Yoga Therapist who has been teaching for over 18 years. He has a passion for helping his students to improve and maintain their ranges of motion, flexibility, balance and strength. His classes are eclectic and he mixes in other body movement systems. His intention in every class is to work the entire body {toes to head} to release stress and maintain body functionality. He has done extensive studies and taken many classes in yoga therapy, anatomy, alignment, body mechanics, Anusara principles and other yoga styles.
Private yoga sessions are tailored to YOU. Classes are designed around your body, your energy, and your fitness level and take into account any injuries or illness. Small group sessions are also available so that the fee may be split with 1-3 other people. As a part of his Yoga Therapy practice, Michael Little offers reflexology services.
Class fees may be paid at the time of the class or paid online using PayPal. No PayPal account necessary. Print out your PayPal receipt for your first class, then Serenity Yoga will track your classes/payments. After completing your purchase at PayPal, you will be redirected back to this website to download your Gift Certificate.
There is a lot of attention on how to move safely in the exercises. These classes are perfect for people who have had or are vulnerable to lower back, shoulder, neck, or other related problems. For some it is pain management that is needed. Yoga may not heal all your pain, but it is a wonderful way to learn self management for pain and mental stress that is a result of pain.
