My wife and I started seeing Baylor and his staff 5 years ago when my wife was suffering from debilitating fibromyalgia and our experiences have been wonderful ever since. The floor staff, pharmacists and pharmacy staff are very pleasant, well informed, warm and friendly. If a question arises and an answer is not immediately known, appropriate research is done and the appropriate staff member will reach out to make sure our questions are answered. Over the years, these people have become like family to us and we can't imagine ever going anywhere else. Thank you Baylor and staff!

I attended a seminar on Nov. 20, an hour long, presented by Baylor Rice. Very nice and knowledgable man. I learned a lot about CBD oil and its uses and bought some to try. I started with a low dose, as recommended, and I have felt positive results already. When I took CBD I had purchased elsewhere I really couldn't feel an appreciable reduction in pain, so I was pleasantly surprised.
The staff person who helped me the night of the seminar was friendly and helpful. I called this morning to inquire about another product and spoke to a woman who was friendly and also very helpful. She didn't seem to be in a hurry and spent a few minutes talking with me and made some suggestions which I thought were good. I like SRCP a lot and encourage others to go there as I will definitely be going back. Thank you, Baylor and your excellent staff.

I truly don't understand what these ladies are talking about? I have had nothing but positive experiences from South River! The staff always is friendly and extremely helpful. I always leave there with a complete understanding of what I'm purchasing is the right thing for me. I also get prescriptions there as well! The Pharmacists and lab techs are so knowledgeable and is always there with an answer to a question.
This is not a CVS kind of Pharmacy, every prescription has to be made and is made specifically for the patient. So if you need your medicine you shouldn't wait till the last minute because it needs to be made for you. I have never had an issue and will continue to use South River for all my needs! I use the South Side Location for my dog's medicine. They do a great job and typically have it prepared within 24 hours. The capsules are a little bigger than the pharmacy we used in another state, but we have figured out how to get them in a banana so that he will eat it without spitting it out. (he is a small dog). We tried another pharmacy after moving here and my dog started vomiting everyday so obviously their med wasn't working, but once we switched here he has been doing well again.
