When I walk into a business I look for friendly workers, quality in the practice, proof of experience, and results. This place is all of those things that define a great profession. They had me at, "Hello, how are you doing?" This company maintains greetings and farewells to my husband and I as we enter and exit the building. The chiropractors are qualified and have been proving their results to my overall performance as a recovering athlete from a car impact injury. P.S: X-ray alignment is big here! The chiropractors themselves are not very good chiropractors. The adjustments I got weren't very helpful. This is not a regular chiropractor office. They want to set you up for a whole treatment plan and bill your insurance for medical devices. I can see how it be helpful for some people and it helped me a bit. The physical therapists and massage therapists are very friendly and helpful.

There are two male chiropractors at the facility, and I'll tell you why I'm giving both of them a low rating. The main chiropractor likes to ask women to bring their husband along so he can explain the finances to them. Is this 2021? Because that was just bizarre. Secondly, and what left the worst taste in my mouth about this place is the other chiropractor, who is described by his own staff as cantankerous, criticized me for getting a surgery for my disability.

I guess he thought he could fix it with chiropractic adjustments? It was totally inappropriate and out of line. That chiropractor is an ableist and if you're disabled this place is not friendly to you. Some chiropractors are very professional and helpful and some are very snake oil vibe and this place is definitely giving off snake oil vibes.

This place is great! The staff is hands down the best part, from the doctors to the PT staff. They make you feel comfortable during treatment and help you with everything along the way. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to get rid of their constant back pain

My auto accident was very traumatic-both emotionally &physically! A driver ran a stop sign in a parking lot and totaled my car! I had never had air bags go off before and glass was everywhere! While I was protected by the air bags, that next morning was rugged! Horrible headaches and neck pain was a constant companion.and when you don't deal with pain well- I was extremely hard to deal with, and thought I'd never feel normal again!

My accident was the end of May, 2020-and as that date comes closer, I realize just how fortunate I am to have gone to Envista! Every employee has only your health/pain concerns and emotional health as their first priority! The girls in reception, the staff in physical therapy, Dr. Collins and Dr. Kwasman have a wonderful manner with patients. Going from twice a week to twice a month was a process, but I can say without a doubt that I am SO MUCH BETTER!

Even massage is offered and that has helped so very much! I truly believe that my recovery is because of the training, skills, and the encouraging personalities of the employees at Envista! Such a wonderful place! Carole Lynn Anderson

Dr Collins and his staff are very knowledgable in the Neck and Back. They are welcoming and efficient. My husband and I feel excited about receiving such great care!

This is honestly my first time going to a chiropractor since I got hit by a car while riding my bike. Let me say I am very impressed! After the service was over I couldn't stop smiling. Literally almost all my problems disappear but one which is dental related but even the pain for that is gone. It's sad that people really go to the doctors and get charged $$$ for simple things when there's a place like this.

I was that person at one point and I decided to make a change and go here. It was well worth it. Sometimes the best medicine isn't medicine at all. Just chiropractic therapy and herbs ( not weed ).

Excellent staff and wonderful care! Under new ownership and it is a much more wholistic approach to healthcare. Dr Collins is very caring and knowledgeable. There is no office in town like this one. I started seeing him for neck pain but he also helped me with my general health through regenerative medicine. When I first met him I thought I'd only be able to work another year and now I have more energy and feel better than I did 10 years ago!

They say they are under new ownership and that may be true. Do not ever waste your money on this " This is a script they make us memorize" what job makes you memorize a script? The office manager Annie was part of the old team and so is her attitude. She's rude! She can't keep a girl in reception they come & go. I wish the Dr would actually let her go or step her tittle from her.

In the business of keeping employees happy for a workplace to run well she lacks that experience. Her face tells a lot about her character she's bland she's plain rude. She sits in the front and snaps at every new receptionist that tries to hold a job there. If your desperate apply if not get a job that appreciates you and understands your human. This job is high stress maybe she needs to be suspended to get anger management counseling for herself.

On the phone she's robotic and scripted she believes in a script WOW! It's a medical facility a job who does that? Do not apply do not apply do not apply! If Annie is still in control run away nothing but stress, and high turn around all because of her.

This is my second time going to a chiropractor but first time coming to this one and it's been the best one I've been. The staff are optimistic and actually care for your health. They also constantly check how you are feeling on each visit. Since I started my treatment I've have felt 100%

Don't wast your money on this place! Went to them for almost 3 weeks with no improvement in my low back pain. The place is like an assembly line where everyone does pretty much the same thing. If you have a neck problem your going to do the same thing as a person that has a low back problem. They're good to you as long as your spending your money but as soon as you have a problem with their service and want to speak with the doctor, then they want nothing to do with you.

I called many times to try and talk with Dr. Skillen but all the times I called, they said she was unavailable and they would call me back. Did not receive one call back I had to keep calling to finally speak with her. This is the worst chiropractor office in Bakersfield and I would not recommend this place to anyone! There are better chiropractor offices in town that focus on the specific area that's bothering you, instead of having you do things that have nothing to do with the problem you are their for.
