Stay at a beautiful and authentic yoga ashram. Be nourished by healthy, bountiful meals cooked onsite by local chefs. The retreat is suitable for all levels from true beginners to seasoned practitioners.
Services
Texas Yoga is a collaboration between Ellen B. Smith, and Charles MacInerney. Charles and Ellen have trained and mentored hundreds of yoga students through the Living Yoga Program, a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification course which they own and operate in Austin, Texas. Graduates of the Living Yoga Program now teach yoga in 44 states and 14 countries around the world.
In the meantime, last year's schedule is shown below to give you an idea of what to expect. Maharas Mandal - Outdoors, behind the temple, weather permitting. Otherwise AYC upstairs. Blankets will be provided to sit on, but be sure to bring a coat or warm clothing if needed.
Here is some information about your upcoming stay at the Ancient Yoga Center located on the grounds of Radha Madhav Dham where we host the Texas Yoga Retreat. Masks that cover nose and mouth and fit securely. Remember: masks have an "expiration" on them, so bring plenty for the whole weekend. As an extra layer of protection, we recommend N95 masks, but of course, wear what you deem best.
