Tom Ingegno greeted me with a warm and friendly smile for my consultation appointment. He expressed his passion for his work with his short story of his acupuncture training and practice. I was impressed with him, period. I had gone through the procedure before so I had no hesitation about it. The real reason for the visit was to get to know the practitioner.

His rates, very reasonable! It was nice to know he would contact my insurance to find out if it was covered. It was not, but I decided to move forward with 2 appointments. As I mentioned, his rates are reasonable! First appointment, he greeted me with the same warm and friendly smile. He walked me to a room, explained the process, and gave me a few minutes to change.

He returned with a soft knock at the door. The needles are very thin, and it did not hurt when he placed them in my ankles, knees, and arms. I liked the decor of the whole office and the atmosphere relaxed me enough to fall asleep. It was nice to feel such personal attention during the procedure. Normally visiting doctor's offices consists of being in the waiting room for a long time, and then waiting in a not so comfortable gown.

Then when the doctor comes in a few glances and words then the examination is complete. The experience I had at Mount Vernon Wellness with Tom Ingeno was far different than a regular doctor visit. It was far more enjoyable! My second visit went about the same as the first. I left all three visits, relaxed and at a peace with my choice of Acupunturist.

Results, well, results vary person to person.

I am glad to say that my visits helped what was "ailing" me. I plan on scheduling follow up appointments as needed. Street parking was easy to find and cheaper than the garage but that was only $5.00.

I started seeing Tom for fertility help, as well as pain management. Tom made me feel so comfortable with his caring and knowledgeable ways. He is extremely informative. He explains how things work, why it helps, and always has an answer to my infinite questions. He has helped to turn my fertility hopes from dismal to extremely hopeful in such a short time.

I have been to many different places, but no one has earned my trust so quickly. I know Tom genuinely cares about me and my health and I feel so lucky to have found someone that takes the time to listen and help me. My journey to start a family is just beginning and I am happy to have Tom's support throughout!

At this Wellness Center you feel you are in the hands of a master healer. The treatments resolved my sciatica issues and the acupuncturist gave me insight into managing my lower back tightness, so my problem has been greatly minimized since going to Ancient Arts Wellness. I also got excellent results with a chronic sinus problem and my neck pain has disappeared.

The acupuncture and moxabustion treatments were wonderfully relaxing and improved my circulation. This facility has a welcoming and calming atmosphere. If you are seeking relief from stress, treatment at Ancient Arts will leave you completely refreshed.

I have been seeing Tom for 3 years now and I can't recommend him enough. For years I've had struggles with insomnia and back pain and after being treated by Tom, I've been sleeping considerably better. The back pain is a work in progress but I always feel better after acupuncture. Tom has such a great personality and is incredibly good at what he does. Make your appointment now-you'll regret not doing it!

I went to Tom Ingegno for the extreme pain that I was having as a result of a broken foot. From the very beginning Tom made me feel at ease and explained the treatment. The health and well being of his patients are a top priority. Such a relaxing environment and I always walk out with a sense of calmness. I always recommend Tom at ancient arts to those who have never had acupuncture or are somewhat skeptical because he talks you through and is so informative in his treatment.

Tom, who had been recommended by a friend, explained how acupuncture might help me in my journey to motherhood. Within weeks my headaches had slowed to maybe monthly instead or several times a week and within a year, I was pregnant with my daughter.

I am so glad acupuncture came into my life....I not only needed these treatments for the very bad back pain I was having, but I needed acupuncture for mind mind, body and spirit. It really helped me with depression and vertigo.
