It's incredible what a newborn child has to go through to become a part of this world. I've been coming to Tullos Chiropractic going on 25 yrs now! The office staff has always been wonderful, friendly, efficient in all they do, Dr Tullos is a wonderful caring extremely knowledgeable in his work, that's why I keep coming back on a monthly basis now. Now I see Dr Jeremy Wilson since Dr Tullos has cut back his days down due to retirement.
Let me tell y'all about Dr Wilson first of all Dr Tullos could not have picked a better person, he knows his stuff that's for sure, very compassionate and sweet and takes time to talk to you about what's been going on in your life not one these Dr's that just come in and doesn't take the time to hardly speak and get on with business, that's why everyone loves him so much! Keep up the good work staff and Dr Jeremy Wilson!

Medically, I think this group is a good group. Ethically, I don't. They give you a ton of paperwork to sign as a new patient and included in that paperwork is an open-ended promissory note, meaning if you sign it, you agree to pay whatever amount they decide to bill you that insurance doesn't cover. That's just not good business sense for you. They can charge you whatever they want to after insurance pays and they have your signature saying you'll pay it.
I took that piece of paper out of my bundle and didn't sign it but I didn't tell them I'd done that. After my last appointment and insurance paid (I had received an EOB saying they'd paid it), they billed me. I didn't pay it and I called them and told them I wasn't going to pay it. They billed me for 3 years and I finally wrote them a cease and desist letter and they stopped harassing me. Beware!

I was traveling to New Orleans and called this office after reading many rave reviews. Upon seeing Dr. Wilson I understand why. A wonderful compassionate Dr. and staff. I was so fortunate they agreed to give me an appt on short notice. I highly recommend this office and would go back whenever in the Jackson area. A very professional and caring place. Do not hesitate to give them a call. My back and hip feels so much better.

While many share my original skepticism of chiropractics vs physical therapy, the positive reviews of Tullos's clinic led me to visit for some pretty serious lower back pain. On the first visit, we found the root of the problem and immediately started working on it. Because of Dr. Wilson's ability to communicate the exact "what" and "why" of my issues, I felt significantly more at ease.
What brought me to write this 5-star review, however, is a combination of awesome customer service from the moment you walk in the door and the honesty of the full staff. At any point, the doctor could have told me I needed to double or triple my visits, but instead, we mapped out a clear path toward my wellness. What's more, because of my willingness to put in the rehab effort, I began healing ahead of schedule.
Instead of continued my rate of visits (which means more money), Dr. Wilson's integrity led to fewer visits. I'm still a regular at Tullos, but in only a few words, I simply feel.better. And I am set up with the tools to stay healthy.

Tullos Chiropractic really took the time to get to know me. It's not like most clinics that I have ever been to or you have ever been too before--I'm sure. I know the Office Manager's name, her kid's names, she texts me to check on me for Pete's sake! They offer a level of human, personal care that is nonexistent nowadays. Have you ever felt like a number at your chiropractor's office? Wham, bam, your done ma'am?
You signed in and the next thing you know, you're swiping your debit card and can't put a finger on what you just paid for? Much less remember if your chiropractor ACTUALLY put a finger on you? If you're tired of that, come to a place of warmth, care, and healing fostered in a Christ inspired healing atmosphere of goodwill and good health. I feel smarter and stronger every time I'm fortunate enough to get the counsel of the caring staff and doctors here.
If you're in pain, want a path to wellness that chooses nature over mad science and patient over spreadsheet, I urge you to call Tullos Chiropractic to make a stand for your health----and maybe make a few friends.

I came from Birmingham, AL to visit family in Jackson at a time when I was in so much pain for weeks that I could barely work and could not turn my head for almost 2 weeks. Tullos Chiropractic had already been recommended so I made sure they could see me while I was in town. They did not disappoint. I started with completing detailed paperwork (which was reassuring that they wanted to treat my whole body) then x-rays with Ed who was friendly and professional and clearly knew what he was doing.
The technology used so that the x-rays were displayed on the computer in Dr. Wilson's office then to the monitor on the wall was awesome! Dr. Wilson used the mouse to show me exactly where my problems were coming from. I thought that was the coolest part of the whole visit. Then discussion and treatment was so easy. I just hopped right up on the table in his office and he made the necessary adjustments then I stayed right where I was for the rest of the therapy.
The office was professional but welcoming. Dr. Wilson didn't just look at the x-rays and make some adjustments to my body. He listened, which in my experience is not always what the doctor wants to do, and its hard to find one that does. But he did. We talked about my sleep, what I do for work.anything that might be affecting my spine. I also knew going in that my current pillow wasn't working for me so I made a point to mention it.
They recommended a different style pillow and thankfully had them available there in the office. Saved me a shopping trip and/or shipping costs and the pillow has made a huge difference in how I feel when I wake-up. Also, Dr. Tullos recommended a chiropractor a little closer to home that could adjust me regularly. I thought that was a sign of a doctor that really wants to help, when they assist you in finding the right doctor, even if its not with them.
And because of that I'm going to make sure that whenever I make plans to return to Jackson I'm going to call ahead to make sure Tullos Chiropractic has room in their schedule for me. It was worth the drive!

Dr Tullos and his staff are fantastic! The quality of care is incomparable. I've seen them for a range of issues over the past 5 years - sciatic pain while pregnant, postpartum, car accidents, and they've even adjusted my babies! I highly reccomend giving their clinic a visit. They are located convienently off the service road, and I'm able to get in and out of the clinic very quickly.
