Dr. Brock, Betsy, Jasmine and the entire staff are wonderful, hardworking specialists who care extremely about your health and mobility throughout your visitations in the office. Massages, Cold - Hot treatment, physical therapy, chiropractor knowledge. As well as great comedy from each individual you in contact with during your checkups

The staff here is simply outstanding, always do a great job of confirming my appointments, communicate if a change is needed. I have been getting physical therapy here since my rotator cuff surgery and they continue to do an amazing job to help me with exercises, manual stretching, and deep tissue release. I have been to a few places over the years and they are by far the best.

My whole experience at Dr. Ferro's was a complete pleasure. I recommend him highly.

I had an appointment on 11/12 confirmed via text w/ Jazmin. I called the same day because I wanted to make sure the appointment was still on since lately they were having a lot of issues with their scheduling, and good thing I did. Betsy advise that I was not on schedule but, to go anyways few minutes later she called and told me they couldn't see me.

I told her my appointment was confirmed and even read her the text and still she said she couldn't do anything. I asked her to please send me my MRI report because I was not happy with the service and she didn't even bother on trying to accommodate me, knowing that having my back adjusted is important due to my back condition. Her reply was tell me your email I guess she doesn't really care and sadly this is the Office Manager.

Not only did she do absolutely nothing to keep me as a client but she sent the wrong MRI report. 11/17 I'm still waiting for her to send the right report. This used to be a great place to go for chiropractor treatment. Unfortunately after 3 years of being there patient/client and referring cases to them sadly I have to go with another doctor to take care of my back and the only reason I say sadly is because of Dr. Brock who is an amazing doctor and human being.

But besides having a great doctor having customer service is VERY important as well. Hopefully Dr. Cane will jump in and fix this place because not only you're loosing clients but, you have also lost great employees.

Let me tell u! They are, and I repeat, they are the best there is. From the minute u walk in, until the time u leave, u will feel the love. Dr. Brock is really nice, knowledgeable and very understanding. He's the best dr ever. Tracy, Such a lovely girl, Always greet u with a smile, Betsy and the others at the front desk are amazing. Juliana she's such a sweetheart. Always patient with you. Sylvia and Teri are the to go to for massages. I promise u won't regret it. U will be loved. Now go and make that phone call.

Overall the office has great people and doctors and therapists who are all very nice every time I visit with my girlfriend. But the physical therapist on Wednesdays was very rude and kicked me out of the room usually I stay next to my girlfriend because is helps her calm down. Can't say I would recommend them to other people that just hits my nerves real bad I have never been to a physical therapist or chiropractor that has ever done that before.

Friendly, reliable, and clean establishment. My sister suffers from chronic migraines and has been treating here for some time now. She's noticed major relief from chiropractic services and, through maintenance, has been able to manage her migraine symptoms. She was hesitant towards chiropractic treatments at first, but has been enjoying the experience. Highly recommend!

I am a 56 year old mechanical contractor who has beaten his body up for over three decades. Last July I experienced debilitating pain which left me unable to walk. After two visits to two different ER's in 24 hours, and an emergency MRI, it was determined I had serious lower back issues. I was referred to a few surgeons. I elected to have surgery done in December 2019 only to find out it was, in my opinion, a money grab.

Never really believing in chiropractic work, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Cane. His commitment and belief in healing me through massage, physical therapy and chiropractic practices, sincerely amazed me. Due to the level of care provided by this group I am NOW a believer. Each and every doctor, therapist and administrator at this practice truly care about the well being of each and every patient.

It is a pleasure during these uncertain times to be treated with the highest level of care I've ever experienced. I can now tell all those doubters that the alternative practice of medicine, known as chiropractic healing, not only exists but works. What a relief to not have to worry about going under the knife again!

For the past 3 years of being a patient of theirs I have had nothing but good memories and great therapy. There is a joy and heavy sense that they are here for you when you need a appointment or want to laugh. Overall great experience.

They are very professional. I always can get an appointment. Tracy, Betsy, Jasmin are great at the front desk. Julia is great with Therpy. Teri is the best massage therapist in the office. Dr. Brock is alway a great chiropractor. I always get my adjustment from him. The office is very convenient for me with their hours and the fact I work in the same building.

Very family oriented business and they're personal with your care. The chiropractors are kind and knowledgeable. Prices are good. This is my first time going to a chiropractor so dont have much to compare to but I enjoyed my visits

BEST CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE EVER ! Everyone is great and loving . I recommend everyone to come here if you have dealt with back pain , neck pain, any car accidents. They do massage therapy, chiropractic, & physical therapy. It’s an amazing office & so worth it. I would make a call & get in as soon as possible !
