I highly recommend these people are awesome Dr. Terry I love him he's great if I could give 10 star's I would.

Doctor and staff are exceptionally great and have helped in every way. Always greeted and helped right away. Get in my appointment when scheduled in timely manner. I suggest going here they are very good.

They've taken nothing but the best care of me over the last two weeks. Dr. Terry, Jesus, and Laura are wonderful.

Dr. Terry, Dr. Johnson, Wendy, Laura, and Jesus were ALWAYS professional and kind to me! I had a terrible accident that caused me to have a titanium plate and 8 pins in my arm forever. They helped me regain majority of my functionality of my arm and I feel much better.

I like how personable the staff is here. Dr. Terry is very friendly and seems like he genuinely enjoys helping his patients. I felt like I knew everybody well after only my first two visits.

When you just have had an accident, you really should not be asked to "smile big" for the picture. Incredibly unprofessional and insensitive. Also, there is no feeling of privacy in the waiting area/sign in desk. Either receptionists shoudl speak a little softer, or they should put a screen.

Just finished treatment today, was sad to leave all the wonderful people who work at Vista Ridge Chiropractic. I feel so much better after being treated for a car accident injury. Dr. Terry is great and very patient, I felt very important every time I visited his office. The rest of the staff had great customer service and always a smile on there face. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a chiropractor.

I love Dr. Terry. He is very personable and has a great bedside manner. From the initial consultation to following visits, he is quick and efficient. At the same time, Dr. Terry listens and is very receptive to my concerns. I've had personal experiences with shady chiropractors. Those out to milk you for money, require unnecessary x-rays, etc. Dr. Terry is none of those.

While I do think the front desk leaves a bit to be desired, Dr. Terry overshadows that by far. Disclaimer: While I am not a very religious person, he is a very Christian man. There are a couple Bibles in the waiting room and Christian music playing. He in no way pushes his beliefs on you, but felt it necessary should someone be offended.

There aren't enough words, thank you's, and appreciation I could give Dr. Terry and his staff. I had been seeing them for 4 months after a motor vehicle accident. I did not have any support from friends or family but Dr. Terry was there to treat me like a human and knew when I was having particularly bad days. Most doctors offices have you in and out, don't care about your name or who you are or what you do, but this facility does.

Today was my last day of therapy with them and I left crying. Simply because I'm going to miss the care Dr. Terry provides. He's amazing at what he does, and is gentle. He was a shoulder to cry on a couple times for me and I can't thank him enough for being who he is. I'm almost done with my therapy and I'm sad because the rest of the specialists I see are "those" doctors that see you for 5 min, write a script and send you out the door.

I can't even tell you their names simply because they never introduced themselves. They don't know mine unless they open the chart. If you are looking for a place where you are going to get true, honest and comfort care, Vista Ridge Chiropractic is where you need to be.

Just like my rating, this office is as good as it gets! Dr. Terry has treated me since I was an infant and has continued to take excellent care of my family and I. The staff is so caring and genuine and I absolutely would recommend this office to anyone looking for a local chiropractor.

Dr. Terry is the best! I have been coming in to his office for several years now for any neck or back issue and have always received outstanding service. I would not want to go anywhere else! Dr. Terry and his employees always make me feel comfortable and cared for. A few of my friends and family members are also patients of Dr. Terry's and have received the same great service.

I have never been inside of a doctor's office that has such a warm and friendly atmosphere like this office has. I have been very impressed with Vista Ridge Chiropractic and will continue to come in the future!

Completely incompetent staff. I have been trying for a week to get my x-rays sent to a new doctor, and was unable to pick them up because they're closed before I leave work. The lady I spoke with (3 times) said they were working on it. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, my new chiro has still not received my x-rays. After being transferred multiple times and put on hold, I speak with a lady who tells me there has been change in staff and she's not sure what happened to my request.

Then she says they never received a fax; I'm looking at the confirmation that shows it went through, so I tell her it's possible someone misplaced it. She says no, that's not a possibility, it never came through. She informs me my husband, who is listed on all of my medical paperwork as an authorized person to view medical records, is not able to pick up the x-rays.

I am now out $300 for new x-rays because this completely ignorant staff can't handle simple paperwork. Just adds to the reasons I've switched chiropractors. *Edit* After speaking with the HHS, I was informed under HIPAA laws, my husband WAS authorized to pick up the x-rays as I had previously approved. I called Vista Ridge Chiropractic back and informed her of what I was told; she just said "ok, have your husband come get them." All that trouble for her to say that in the end? I'm grateful I can now wash my hands of this place.
