I have been going to Vita Health for over 10 years now. They helped me so much that I consider them my primary care. I take advantage of every service they provide because I care about being proactive with my health with preventative care. Carolina is the acupuncturist there and she is 100% responsible for me getting my pulse back! Her bedside manner and professionalism is second to none. She, as well as all the staff, makes you feel like family.

Since I have started my IV Ozone Therapy with Glutathione, I have more energy and less pain. I also recieved prolotherapy for my back that gave me a tremendous amount of relief. I found Dr. David and Dr. Yelena to be very helpful and professional. I love them both and thank them so much for all their help. I recommend this place 100%. The Acupuncture session I had done by Dr. Carolina Tizon helped with my dizziness and insomnia. She is an absolutely wonderful, professional and very caring Acupuncturist.

I received Prolo-Therapy for my shoulder 5 weeks ago. I originally came in with severe shoulder pain and limited upward mobility. After 4 days I no longer had pain. With the passing weeks my range of motion returned. I now have no pain and full range of motion in my left shoulder. I am very delighted with the results and will return for patellar knee pain for the same therapy. The staff has been great to work with and I highly recommend the Prolo-Therapy!

My daughter Bella and I have been cared for by Dr. Pakula for years. We are both athletes and have had knee trauma and injuries the past few years. Our experience and results with prolotherapy and proloozone by Dr. Pakula have been a blessing. Bellas knee ligaments are strong and she is back to playing varsity volleyball and soccer. I have been going to Vita health for ozone therapy. It is good for the immune system, infections, viruses, bacteria and much more. I always feel great when I leave there. Dr. David Pakula is is an expert in this field, and Dr. Yelena Pakula is well trained in accupuncture. They also do many other types of treatments. They always go above and beyond to help their patients. They have helped me so much over the years. They are both amazing.

I have been treated for migraines and back pains with acupuncture. Last week I was suffering with a terrible migraine for two days. I called the office to see if they can take me in as an emergency and they were great to take me in. They did acupuncture and neuroprolotherapy this is a low dose of Dextrose solution and I have to say that when I got home to rest that day I felt great. This took the migraine away and I was able to enjoy my weekend. Everyone in the office is always so nice and courteous. Thank you for all your help.

I love coming here with my husband and three kids ages 4, 6 and 8. They are all so nice! Salt cave is great! We all feel amazing afterwards! I really love coming here! You should definitely check them out!

I expirenced a horrific car accident on 9/11/2017 and was told by doctors after MRI results that my pain was due to 6 herniated disks in my spine, 4 to the neck and 2 to my lower back. My mom came crying to me one day with frozen shoulder. Her and I were concerned because she didn't have good insurance and thought a visit to the emergency room would be costly. First, I decided to call Vita-Health to see if it would help. Drs. David and Yelena Pakula saw my mom the very same day and spent two hours with her doing acupuncture and giving her a homeopathic injection.

Vita-Health Acupuncture & Wellness Center is the best acupuncture office to go to. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and they treat there patients very well. I suffered from insomnia and had been taking medication for about 8 years. I wanted a change because medication doesn't cure the disease just contains it. Within a couple visits i was able to get off the medication and I am able to sleep naturally without any pills and I feel amazing.

They also helped me with many other problems like neck pain and tendinitis in my left arm that even 4 months of therapy couldnt help. I felt sluggish at work with lack of energy causing me to fall asleep at my job and I can say i no longer have that problem. Also I had trouble remembering things and thinking clearly and they fix all of that. I'm so greatful my friend recommended me to them it was worth every penny.
