He is very thorough with his adjustments. On my first appointment with lower back and right hip pain, Vito gave me a list of daily exercises to support my core. I continue to do them. I saw Vito weekly for a few weeks or so to assist my body on a steady course. And now when my body / mind lets me know it's time for a visit. Vito is awesome.
