From the anxiety, acne and moodiness of adolescence, comes the ever-evolving stress of having a child or raising children, followed by the decline in hormones and transition into another awkward time of fluctuating hormones! During each of these natural stages, women's health needs change and we're here to support!
Our collaborative efforts with local fertility specialists in Los Angeles combined with the daily fertility guidance contained in our online fertility course, The Seed Fertility Program, has helped thousands of our patients create a family, despite the odds. Acupuncture increases blood flow to the ovaries, which provides the optimal conditions necessary to improve egg quality and increase follicle count.
After helping thousands of women conceive healthy babies, Well Women Acupuncture founder Danica Thornberry compiled her secrets and created this set of empowering online fertility courses. In 2019 The Seed Fertility Program was clinically proven to help women doing IVF make more eggs and better quality embryos!
Esteemed acupuncturist, spiritual healer and fertility specialist Danica Thornberry examines the powerful role of spirituality in the infertility struggle. In Stick It to Me, Baby! she shares some of her favorite inspirational stories to reveal how she uses fundamental spiritual concepts and Chinese medicine to help women open their hearts and transform their wombs.
Research has shown acupuncture to be an effective addition to the IVF process; particularly acupuncture at the time of the embryo transfer. The "Paulus" study in 2001 showed a 42% increase in IVF success in patients who used acupuncture at the time of their embryo transfer, compared to a 26% success rate in women who did not have acupuncture at the transfer.

I'm so grateful for the services provided by this incredible group of women. Since starting my own journey into TCM, I have felt so supported and feel myself improving physically and mentally because of it. Christina particularly has been so helpful and informative, answering all my questions regarding herb formulas, healthy daily practices (physical AND mental!), and more. Truly a safe space for women. I can't wait to visit soon for acupuncture and to continue to explore the benefits of Eastern medicine.
