Yoga Now classes are designed to introduce students to various yoga forms and to encourage and advance their regular, daily yoga practice. Every week we receive emails, cards and in-person words of appreciation from our students.
Yoga Now is now located at 565 High St. in Dedham Square, in the studio space at the back of Video Paradise. There is on-street and free municipal lot parking. West toward Dedham around the rotary to Dedham Square. We are opposite the movie theater in the studio space, through the cafe, at the *back* of Video Paradise.
Six weeks of green smoothie detox, meditation and personal practice instruction, includes 6 weeks of unlimited yoga at Yoga Now. Supported, restorative poses with Nancy Wilson, assisted by nationally certified massage therapist Charles Faris. In these two workshops we'll "map the body" by describing the actions necessary for proper alignment.

Other yoga studios may be newer and trendier, but this is the place for yoga as it's meant to be -- a practice that centers your body, mind and heart. Yoga Now has a wide ranges of class types for all skill levels and the instructors are the cream of the crop. I've been going here for nearly 20 years and I'm so grateful I can continue virtually during the pandemic.

I dropped in for a class while In chicago and ended up coming back two more times. The staff are welcoming and patient with a lost and late out of towner. Both Amy and Alyson did a fantastic job creating a accepting and tranquil atmosphere for a beginner. The studio is very nice and the heated couch is very cool idea.

Honestly I've only participated in TWO enjoyable classes here but I'm definitely going to make every effort to enlist in many more classes because I definitely notice a shift for the positive after participating. Yesterday I attended a class on activating the divine feminine with Jennifer Goodman. We were a small gathering of women all seeking to awaken our inner feminine through the use of sound healing or bija mantras, muscle lock exercises called bandha and mudras which are hand gestures to help activate and heal our chakra bodies.

The class was 2 hours in length and we enjoyed dance movements, hugging exercises and yoga postures with the bija mantra chants. I truly recommend all women take advantage of these classes and keep an eye out for Jennifer Goodman. The fees were reasonable and I received so many genuine compliments from strangers on the street about my after class "glow". I'll most definitely look into future classes at yoga now. What a great group of instructors!

Yoga Now is one of a kind, a leader in the United States and beyond for offering Ashtanga Yoga! Yoga Now also offers Kirtan, massage and much more! People fly in here from everywhere, to be part of this amazing studio. The owner is brilliant, and trained under Pattabi Joyce in India. I this place, It's magical. I highly recommend you go there, become part of it, and it will change your life for the better!

Can't say enough good things about Yoga Now. Great classes and instructors. I appreciate the variety of class options and workshops. And I never feel pressure to be at a certain level or that I'm not doing enough. The instructors offer options for all levels. I also get massages there, which are so good! The staff and owner are so personable, nice, and accommodating. You feel welcomed there and they definitely take care of you!

I can't say enough amazing things about this practice. I came in from out of town on business and was treated so warmly. My practice with Courtney and the heated sauna were just what the doctor ordered. This place is quaint and warm. I it and will definitely be back!

My swedish massage with Kelly Oshito was the besssst! I had a stiff neck and sore shoulders and she totally got rid of all the tension. She was very helpful and got me water and cough drops as I suddenly got a dry cough massage. Yoga Now has a great spa vibeas well.

The yoga teachers here weren't exactly very calming. The studio is in a back room of a cafe so it's not very easy to locate the first time around, the room was overpowered with the smell of incense, and it's literally just a sign in on a piece of paper kinda place. I went to two sessions just to make sure I wasn't making a quick judgement based on one instructor, but I found both instructors I tried to be some of the least peaceful people I'd ever listened to. The classes were just basic stretching classes, it wasn't the yogi experience I had hoped for.

Yesterday I scheduled a one hour Swedish massage with Alina. Today, I feel like a million bucks! I'm writing this review from bed, which is important, because I''m finally able to sleep well! Alina is a master of her craft. She is professional and knowledgeable. She focused on the areas that were troubling me the most and really worked hard to provide a therapeutic and relaxing experience.

I had never been to Yoga Now before and Alina took the time to explain where things were and even brought me tea & water. The atmosphere is wonderful there. Everyone is polite and helpful. The facility is very clean. I absolutely loved the steam room and dry sauna after my massage. I feel like a new woman. I will definitely be going back.

One of the best yoga studios I have been to. Forrest yoga here is awesome - one of my favorite styles. The restorative classes are the best. It's like my mini rejuvenation. I started at core power yoga which has pretty studios but I was starting to get the feeling it was turning into one of those glitzy commercial places that has lost touch with its original intent.

I came here just to try something different and first class I was pleasantly surprised. The instructors here are higher quality and so are the classes, which are more in depth as well as having more breadth in their variety. After each class I always feel like I discovered something new about myself. This is the type of place that will leave one feeling "so THIS is yoga." I certainly have more appreciation for yoga than before I discovered this place.

I've only taken a few classes here but the vibe is down-to-earth, genuine and they promote a learning atmosphere. It is the total opposite of Core Power, where everything is tailor-cut, from classes to rates to music to the instruction. I prefer the grounded energy of this studio and the uniqueness of the instructors. Oh, also, they have a sauna!

I'm new to yoga, so I really can't compare this to other studios. All I know is that I've been at going there weekly for three months and I feel terrific. I don't want to make this a review of yoga in general, so I'll add that the studio itself is a terrific space, tucked away in an excellent Dedham Center location, featuring ample parking.

The instructor is warm, skilled and patient with our diverse class that features practitioners of varying experience levels. This is in reference to the "All Levels Vinyasa" class Tuesday at 6:30pm.

Yikes! No A/C!?!? I tried this place out using an Amazon local deal, but on a hot summer day this was not my cup of tea. A "basics" class that has me sweating? Not a good match for me. I will try other classes and see if I can bring the star rating up.

I started going to Yoga Now for prenatal yoga. Nancy is an amazing instructor and really knows how to get your pregnant body feeling great. The classes are small and she takes time to help those who may be struggling with positions. In the prenatal class, she takes the time to ask what issues people are having and tries to somewhat customize the class to work on those issues.back pain, swelling, etc. I plan on continuing on with classes after the baby!
