Services
A non-profit organization who is committed to bettering the lives of children affected by cancer. Camp Good Days offers summer camps and year-round programming to children and families, free of charge. It is a special place where children can meet others going through similar experiences and simply give them the space to feel like kids again.
Cancer is not just one disease - it is many and differs case to case, based on a number of factors. The difference becomes even more apparent when comparing adult cancers to pediatric. Unfortunately, pediatric oncology research is consistently underfunded and children more often than not suffer from "late effects" as a result of their diagnosis and treatment.

Very grateful for this Yoga Studio and all of the lovely teachers here. I always feel better after class. Especially grateful for the yoga classes taught in English by Maja since I am still learning German. Live-Online, on-demand and in-person options available make it easy to fit into your schedule. Thank you YogaPlus team for always providing the serenity needed to get through life during these difficult times. I appreciate all of you

From the moment I met Maggie Wong, I could tell she was a dedicated healer. 15 minutes before she was scheduled to present a workshop at the extremely packed Pathways Expo, she took time to assess my individual needs & show me techniques to ease my long-standing right hip pain. I have since had an individual session at her home in Potomac (for an incredibly reasonable price) where she had handouts and notes prepared, and allowed me to take pictures or her demonstrating a technique she recommended.

I now use the balls which I purchased from her in my home and have reduced my need for massage, chiropractic, and other therapies. The techniques and poses that she suggested are now a part of my home self-care program. I highly recommend Maggie and Yoga Plus for anyone suffering from persistent back pain or seeking greater ease of movement.

I attended one of Maggie's body massage ball workshops. It was fantastic. The workshop was located at her residence in Bethesda, which was very relaxing from the moment you stepped through the door. I was there with several friends and there was more than enough space to accommodate us all. I'll admit I was skeptical at first that the massage ball could do anything for me. I'm a heavily muscled Personal Trainer who already uses a foam roller and lacrosse ball for my soft tissue work.

The massage ball by comparison, is much, much softer and looks like a child's toy. Maggie took our group through so many different movements with the ball, and I found myself surprised at all the spots I found that needed a lot of work! The hamstrings and psoas were incredibly tender, and the foam roller and lacrosse ball had failed to elicit even a fraction of the relief that the massage ball did.

Even more exciting was a technique where I rolled out my lats and armpit. My overhead range of motion increased dramatically in less than a minute of rolling. I was sold! I encounter skepticism from people when I describe the massage ball as another very useful tool for soft tissue work, but I'd urge you to attend one of Maggie's workshops and see what it can do for you! You can then pick up the ball (and several other specialty massage balls) after the workshop too. Take the step and start feeling better!
