We provide dynamic Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Style, with classes six days per week. We offer special monthly workshops from our pretty downtown Grand Junction, Colorado yoga center, as well as special Teacher Training Courses for those who wish to become Yoga Teachers.

The studio is situated just E of Grand Junction's historic downtown district amidst Victorian homes and shady old elms. Yoga West is a center for awakening consciousness in Grand Junction. Our public classes are designed for beginners through advanced students primarily in Hatha yoga.
