Can't describe enough how great I feel after going to DR. PETER GEORGIOU. I had the most painful back injury of my life and was sure I'd become one of those people who just "have a bad back". Throughout the entire process, he and his staff were nothing but professional, courteous and showed a genuine interest in helping me get better.

I didn't have a positive experience as a patient using insurance at Realign. The office took five months to process a claim from a visit. One month after the claim was finally processed the office still hasn't issued a refund that's owed. There appears to be high turnover in the front office which likely contributes to slow processing and response times.

I've had a bad back for sometime now I've had surgery on my back to our herniated disc Dr. Georgio one of the best chiropractors professional Carrie resolved a lot of my back problems massage therapy at the same place very very nice guys very respectful what can we say medical cost our medical costs they will work with you God bless them all Jose G Chicago Illinois

Dr. G and staff are absolutely wonderful. I came to this practice initially to treat an injury, and since then have been seeing Dr. G regularly for adjustments. He explains the details of treatment plans in a way that is easy to understand, and had great bedside manner. The staff is also incredibly accommodating and personable. The location is also extremely convenient - right off the Belmont stop. I would highly recommend Dr. G and this practice!

Context: I've been going to ReAlign on and off for 20 years as a walk-in patient. I WAS one of the longest customers of this business until today. Today, the new receptionist didn't recognize me, spoke to me rudely as if I didn't belong there, and generally made me feel like my business was unwelcome. No, "Hey can I help you?" "Hey, do you have an appointment?" "Hey, I'm new here, are you a current patient?" Instead, he looked at me, rolled his eyes, and flatly said ".and your name is.?" looking at me like I'm stupid.
Every word out of his mouth dripped with "why are you wasting my time?" I booked an appointment for later in the day, left, but felt so disrespected and condescended to that I came back in, canceled my appointment, and decided to no longer give ReAlign my business. Nah, I don't get massages or adjustments at places where I feel talked down to. I'm a full-grown man. If you treat me like I'm not welcome, you get $0 from me ever again, period. Really, really hope the receptionist working on 4/26 gets fired ASAP.

The current receptionist treated me so condescendingly that I went from a 20 year customer to being completely disgusted with this business and never going back. The staff used to be nice, now the person at the front desk doesn't want to help you, he wants to make your experience as frustrating as possible. Go to Chicago Spine and sports instead, they're much nicer.
