Services
Acupuncture
Our acupuncture treatments use fine needles to stimulate energy flow and address conditions like chronic pain, stress, and digestive issues. Practitioners combine traditional techniques with modern diagnostics to create personalized treatment plans. Sessions promote natural healing, reduce inflammation, and improve overall wellness through targeted meridian stimulation.
Herbal Medicine
Custom herbal formulations use whole-plant extracts to complement acupuncture treatments. Our practitioners create personalized blends for conditions like hormonal imbalances and anxiety. This evidence-based approach combines traditional Chinese herbology with modern pharmacological understanding to enhance treatment efficacy and support long-term health.
Energy Healing
Reiki sessions channel universal energy through practitioner hands to balance physical and emotional well-being. This non-invasive therapy reduces stress, promotes relaxation, and supports recovery from chronic conditions. Practitioners use crystals and grounding techniques to enhance energy flow during individual sessions.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping uses controlled suction to increase blood flow and relieve muscle tension. This therapy addresses sports injuries, chronic pain, and respiratory conditions by improving circulation and reducing inflammation. Practitioners combine cupping with acupuncture for enhanced musculoskeletal treatment outcomes.
Assisted Stretching
Personalized stretching sessions improve mobility and prevent injuries through guided muscle engagement. Therapists use dynamic and static techniques to address tightness, enhance athletic performance, and relieve postural strain. Sessions incorporate verbal cues to help clients develop self-care stretching routines.

Stephanie seemed rushed to get to the next customer. I felt like I was in a conveyor belt. If I asked questions the responses were very quick as if there wasn't enough time. I rarely got my full 20 minutes. Most times I did not have a conversation beforehand for her to know my needs for the session. I always leave not knowing what her focus was for the session. The website says she uses cupping but when I asked she said she does not. The service feels more rushed than anything else.

Love these guys! The acupuncture is really on point. See what I did there? They have great acupuncturists and online booking which is really helpful. Located in a really nice area of Brooklyn right by the trains where you can hang it before or after. Super cute! With the sliding scale, I can go in as often as I need to to get my problems balanced out, which is not always the case with acupuncture. Highly recommend!

The Greatest! Best acupuncture experience of my life, and I've been to A LOT. Very soothing atmosphere, I wish I could live there. The acupuncturists are beyond excellent. I cannot recommend enough. I've been going here for 3 years. You must go as soon as you can.

I've been going to this acupuncture center periodically for many years. Lately, because of a presenting need, I'm going more often, and I can attest that Donna Hernandez is an exceptional acupuncture practitioner. She's warm, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, and has my highest recommendation. She's provided acupuncture treatments, massage body work, nutritional guidance, and information on herbs and crystals, all of which I've found to be very helpful.
