The center moved to its current location in 1988, creating a tranquil foundation in the heart of historic downtown Benson. Yoga Now enjoys a reputation as one of the wisest, most deeply established yoga centers in the Midwest.

Led by Susi's deep understanding of the Himalayan Tradition, Yoga Now is a premiere training facility for Yoga Alliance 200 & 300 hour Yoga Certification.

Welcome to the Mind-Body Clinic at YOGA NOW, located on the second floor of the center. The suite includes YOGA NOW's Studio B, a cozy yoga room for daily meditation, speciality yoga classes, private yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, and Ayurveda Yoga consultations. Additionally, there are four practitioner rooms that are home to skilled and experienced massage therapists, psychotherapists, Reiki practitioners, each of whom have their private practice.
