I've seen Dr. Lebel throughout the years since my grandfather recommended him, I do agree he is pricey per visit, but he is worth every penny. Long term strategy is to stay with your PCP and see Dr. Lebel as as supplemental treatment or a quick fix to keep high costs down. Please protect your family and proceed with caution. I had several appointments with this doctor and my friend warned me that he was a bit Gruff and abrupt but he was a good practitioner. He tested my children for food allergies without using needles and just in a very general sense told me that they needed to be off gluten sugar and Dairy without giving more specifics. The thing that cautions me is that he gave my daughter a very strong herb and she broke out and when I came to him today to explain what happened he made me feel like it was no big deal.

He told me I was being a control freak and then I was going to have a nervous breakdown if I did not calm down. It was so shocking to hear a Dr. speak that way. After one of the treatments he performed on me I had urinary issues that weren't there before and he also told me that was no big deal. I'm not sure the treatments that he's doing are quite safe. Dr. LeBel is our doctor. My wife started seeing him for some severe allergies perhaps 15 years ago. He not only correctly identified the allergies (which conventional doctors had never successfully done), but he also effectively treated them without drugs. As a result of his outstanding ability (three MD's and loads of experience) and doctor-patient relationship, I and my daughters have also seen him on occasion.
