Doctor Casselman is amazing! I just compared my before and after treatment X-rays and I am so pleased to see the difference in the curve of my spine. I have significant pain improvement as well. His entire staff is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this practice!

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Casselman and Pinnacle Chiropractic for the last few months while doing some physical therapy. This was one of the best experiences I have had. Dr. Casselman and his stuff are absolutely wonderful, caring, and so kind! I was having pain in my back and neck which was causing horrible migraine. Dr. Casselman met with me and we discussed my treatment plan, he let me know up front what everything would cost. He is very knowledgeable I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
