Services
Processwork
Processwork combines psychological exploration with energy awareness to address life's challenges. This approach helps clients uncover hidden patterns through body symptoms, dreams, and relationship dynamics. Practitioners use 10+ years of specialized training to facilitate personal growth and transformation.
Reiki Classes
Reiki instruction spans from foundational to master-level teachings. Courses include hands-on practice, attunements, and techniques for self-treatment and working with others. Students learn energy balancing and distance healing methods through structured, progressive learning modules.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy accesses deeper mind states for personal exploration and healing. Sessions incorporate past-life regression, future progression, and subconscious pattern recognition. Certified practitioners use this technique to address fears, enhance performance, and promote spiritual growth.
MARI Mandala
MARI Mandala uses intuitive symbol selection to create psychological maps. This assessment tool reveals personal growth patterns through color and symbol choices. Practitioners interpret these visual representations to identify strengths, blocks, and developmental pathways.
Quantum Journeys
Quantum field journeys combine energy work with consciousness exploration. Practitioners use clairvoyant abilities and energy field analysis to facilitate healing. This approach integrates spiritual insights with practical applications for daily life transformation.

It did not work for me. Before booking with Helene I read everything about the services she provided. I wanted to do 3 sessions, but once hypnosis did not work for me she cut the session short by 10 minutes and did not offered me any other alternative or services for my consideration. I felt abandoned. I did not get any answers or information on the topic that brought me to her studio, so I felt my money was wasted.

Helene is a gifted practitioner who has an endless source of techniques to offer anyone needing support with issues manifesting in the physical, emotional and/or spirit realm of life. I have had the opportunity to work with her for over five years and I never cease to be amazed at how she can unravel and unveil the root of deep seeded issues that I may simply be experiencing through feelings of fatigue or relationship challenges. I am grateful to have her as an integral part of my personal health care.

I have worked with Helene on various personal issues throughout the years. I have also confidently referred my clients to Helene knowing that they will be respected and safe. I admire Helene's broad knowledge base as well as her genuine warmth. As a client, both are equally important to me! Some of Helene's offerings are uniquely giftable! A Tarot reading or MARI reading would be that kind of "gift experience" young people seem to be seeking these days. I can still, very clearly recall a positive visual experience I had while under hypnosis in a session with Helene. That visual can still calm me all these years later.
