Our family has been going to Ty Ogata since he started in Boise over 20yrs ago, he is very professional, his staff is wonderful & friendly, they are like family to us. My wife has been in many accidents & he has helped relieve her back, neck & tmj problems over the years, she doesn't trust anyone else.

When I went there I wanted to make sure everything would be covered by Medicare. Every time I went there I asked if it was covered. Got a bill for all the stuff that was not covered by Medicare totaling almost $400. Apparently, they like to stick it to senior citizens so they can increase their profit margins.

Cheyanne and Jaylin at the front desk are the best at customer service and will help you through the entire process to get you back in again to continue your care!
