Most of our in-studio classes are available for livestream for your convenience. Similar to personal fitness training, one-on-one yoga is tailored to your specific needs. Private instruction lets you work on what makes sense for you, at your own pace and at a time that is convenient for you. Want to access yoga classes 24/7? We are proud to offer an extensive library of pre-recorded classes that you can access at anytime from anywhere in the world.

As Sarasota's oldest, most established place to practice, our offerings include group classes, private instruction, workshops, teacher trainings, retreats, and offsite classes.
