Services
Swedish Massage
Our Swedish massage combines long, flowing strokes with kneading techniques to promote deep relaxation and improve circulation. This gentle approach helps reduce stress while maintaining muscle flexibility. Ideal for first-time clients seeking general wellness benefits through therapeutic touch.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeting deeper muscle layers, our deep tissue massage addresses chronic pain and tension through focused pressure techniques. Therapists work on specific problem areas while maintaining client comfort throughout the session. Recommended for individuals with persistent muscle tightness or injury recovery needs.
Hot Stone Massage
This treatment uses heated stones placed on key body points combined with massage techniques to melt away tension. The therapeutic heat penetrates deep into muscle tissue while maintaining a soothing sensory experience. Particularly effective for stress relief and improving circulation in colder climates.
Lymph Drainage Massage
Specialized manual lymph drainage techniques stimulate the body's natural detoxification processes. This gentle, rhythmic approach helps reduce fluid retention and supports immune system function. Clients often schedule monthly sessions for ongoing circulatory benefits and systemic wellness.
Reiki Therapy
Our certified Reiki practitioners channel universal energy to promote emotional balance and physical healing. This non-invasive treatment works through light touch or proximity to restore energetic equilibrium. Many clients combine Reiki with massage for comprehensive mind-body wellness sessions.

I have to honestly say that my experience with Licensed Massage Therapist, Jennifer Bolyard at Body and Soul was the absolute best massage I've ever had. With over a decade of chronic migraines and severe neck and back pain, I have exhausted all options with doctors, medications, chiropractors and more. Jennifer was incredibly professional, very understanding, kind and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable in her care as she worked with me to identify problem areas and create a care plan specific to my needs.
I am absolutely astounded that even after just one session she has helped reduce my immediate overall pain level. I will be returning regularly for follow up care with her as my guide to better heath and wellness.

Can't say enough great things about my experience with Jennifer Bolyard! I went in for my very first ever massage and a prenatal massage at that, and it was exactly what I needed. I didn't even feel the weight of being pregnant when I left. (if ya know, ya know!) You can feel the passion she has for massage! Great energy! I felt so comfortable the whole time, any time I had a question she answered it. She explained why she was doing something and made sure I felt fine the whole time! 10/10 recommend!

BEST School of Massage in Wichita, Kansas! I had been looking to become a LMT for years, and Body & Soul was the absolute best choice. Jennifer and Janna are exceptional teachers as well as skilled and professional Massage Therapists. I learned so much about the body and mind as a whole. I could not have asked for better person-centered education, compassionate classmates, and a safe environment to learn and grow in. I graduated with all the tools and knowledge to help me with my massage career. Top notch all the way!
