Dr. Otis G. Carroll, or "OG" as he was often called, developed the food intolerance test, the constitutional hydrotherapy, and compounded many herbal capsules and salves utilized by the Windrose Naturopathic Clinic. Dr. Carroll trained Dr. Harold Dick who started this clinic in 1960. Dr. Dick carried on this practice of traditional naturopathic therapeutics.

Dr. Letitia also wild-crafts (harvests in nature) and compounds (dries, tinctures, or blends) the clinic's many herbal medicines that are chosen to treat your specific health concerns. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is a medical treatment that uses pure, 100% oxygen, under pressure to speed and enhance the body's natural ability to heal.

Naturopathic Medicine Institute (NMI) exists to educate the public and medical practitioners about the principles and practice of naturopathic medicine. We strive to maximize the value of our educational offerings by stressing practical knowledge for the healing arts primarily designed for naturopathic physicians and other allied professionals to facilitate their professional development.

Dr. Harold Dick's daughter, Letitia, graduated from Eastern Washington University, magna cum laude with a BS in biology in 1985. She then attended the National College of Naturopathic Medicine and graduated with a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine in 1990. After a 3-year residency with Dr. Harold Dick, Dr. "Tish" became the clinic director of the oldest classical Naturopathic clinic in the United States.
