I sought out Thai massage for a tight and painful right hip. I as a former massage therapist, I was very pleased with the depth of and commitment to healing, therapeutic work Anthony provides. He was able to facilitate great muscle release and improved alignment through personalized, professional Thai massage techniques. I have also participated in yoga classes during which Anthony generously shares his breadth of knowledge and experience to connect with the needs of his students. Thank you, Anthony.

I've had many types of massages in my lifetime, none of them being Thai, but this was hands down, by far, THE BEST yoga massage I've ever had! Anthony was very professional the entire time and was a great communicator by listening to what my needs were. My neck pain has subsided greatly, just after the first visit! Anthony now has a customer for life!

After many years of Swedish massage I decided to try Thai massage while visiting Dayton. The experience was really wonderful because it involved lots of stretching rather than laying on a massage table your body is actively engaged and the stretches are deep. I have had shoulder pain for many years leading to stiffness and headaches. After the massage my shoulder feels loose and I feel a lot of relief from normal inflammation. I will definitely visit Anthony again the next time I visit the area.

By far this was the best Thai Yoga message ever! I went into Anthony's place because my mom who is 83 years old told me how great it was and how much better she feels after a session. I thought I wouldn't feel any different - I was mistaken! It is now almost a week later and I still feel awesome! I am in no pain and normally I have a lot of arthritis through my neck and hips and lower back. I will go back again when I visit Dayton!

I highly recommend Anthony! Do yourself and your body a favor. Thai message is different, its done fully clothed, on the floor or my mom needs a table. The session is about 90 minutes, it went so quickly! I had 2 sessions over 2 days - sooooo inexpensive compared to what i pay for a chiropractor, and a masseuse. and neither takes away the pain like Anthony's Thai Message. by the way, i cancelled my chiropractor appt this week! Try it you'll love it!

Yesterday, I finally attended a yoga class with Anthony. He is kind, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator! His class was unlike any yoga class I've taken in the past - while it was definitely a workout, it wasn't as if we were working out. He offers a thoughtful, holistic approach compared to the "We are here to exercise today!" class experiences I've had in the past at other studios. I'm excited to attend future classes!
