I am so disappointed yet again. So much so that I will take my business elsewhere. My first experience was a treat and I loved my experience so much so I booked my second appointment. When I booked my second appointment I asked foe the same estatician. An hour before my appointment I received a call wanting to change the time of my appointment because I was happy with my fist visit I complied. Upon my arrival I had a totally different person than who booked my appointment with and they had my for the wrong service.
I thought ok let's give this one more try and I booked a week out in advance my facial. AN HOUR AND AFTER CALLING 2 HOURS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TO CONFIRM THE ESTATICIAN AND THE ACT SERVICES I BOOKED WAS SET I get a call telling me sorry we have to cancel your appointment. I will never go back again.
