Services
Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves inserting fine needles at specific points to balance the body's energy flow. This ancient practice effectively addresses chronic pain, emotional disorders, and systemic imbalances by stimulating natural healing processes. Our treatments combine traditional techniques with modern medical understanding to create customized solutions for conditions ranging from migraines to fertility challenges.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion applies heat from burning mugwort herb to acupuncture points. This warming technique enhances circulation, reduces inflammation, and strengthens the immune system. We use it specifically for conditions like menstrual irregularities, digestive weakness, and to prepare for labor, complementing acupuncture treatments with its unique therapeutic effects.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Custom herbal formulations address complex health concerns using time-tested plant-based remedies. We prescribe individualized combinations to treat chronic conditions, support acupuncture effects between sessions, and promote overall wellness. All herbs meet strict quality standards and are tailored to each patient's specific constitution and health goals.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping creates therapeutic suction to relieve muscle tension and improve circulation. This technique effectively treats chronic pain, respiratory conditions, and post-injury recovery by releasing fascial restrictions and drawing out stagnation. We integrate it with acupuncture for enhanced musculoskeletal and systemic benefits.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha uses smooth tools to stimulate microcirculation through skin stroking. This technique breaks up muscle knots, reduces inflammation, and alleviates headaches by restoring qi flow. We employ it as an alternative to cupping in sensitive areas, particularly for neck and shoulder tension.

I'm very thankful for being referred here by the VA. I was told by doctors that I was going to need surgery on my lower back and I was able to stand straight for years. Not long ago I fell down 11 steps and messed up my shoulder, arms and right hand. I want to thank Justin for work on these areas on my body being 62 yrs of age he has made me to feel 100% times better, Justin I want to thank you for your services and friendship over the months. I would tell anyone needing help with the body he's the guy you would want to work with. No one can lose with the stuff you use my friend, lol. Thank you Justin

I've been visiting To The Point Acupuncture for a few weeks now and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a holistic approach to pain relief. Justin is my acupuncturist and find him to be very knowledgeable, professional and kind. It's hard to find a healthcare professional that really listens nowadays and I appreciate that Justin takes his time to understand and treat the root of the issue.

I live a fairly active lifestyle; kayaking, running, hiking, etc. Initially, I found To The Point because I would get painful cramps in my hands and arms after kayaking. I was struggling to grip and hold things as well as type. Justin did bodywork in addition to acupuncture and it's made a huge difference. I can do things I enjoy like kayaking without pain. I'm really grateful for the experience. Thanks To The Point!

I recently moved to the Raleigh area and I'm so relieved to have found To The Point Acupuncture. I leave feeling better after every treatment. I initially went because I had some circulation issues in my hands but the benefits are endless. My treatments have relived headaches, menstrual pain, and depression. I normally see Jill but have seen Justin as well with great result.

Jill is fantastic! My 15 year old son plays Soccer year round and is a distance runner for both Indoor and Outdoor track. He started having issues with his IT band and I brought him to Jill. In addition to the IT band, Jill also mentioned to us that his pelvis was out of alignment which was most likely also contributing to the IT band issues. After 1 session with Jill we could already see that his pelvis was sitting better before we left the office. 1 day later he said the pain was down 50%. he played a soccer game 2 days after and said the pain was only a 2 on the 10 scale, where normally before it was a 4-5 after a game. He continues to stretch and roll but will also be continuing his treatments with Jill.

Jill at To The Point Acupuncture is incredible. I had never had acupuncture done before. She gets to know you and goes through your full history before you even start. I had have had pain for such a long time in my back my shoulder, and my neck. I have not felt so good in years. Jill is supportive, kind, encouraging and has amazing energy! I have been able to decrease the frequency of seeing some of my doctors that I have been seeing for a long time. By the way, the you don't even feel the needles.
