Services
Acupuncture
Our acupuncture treatments use fine needles to stimulate specific points on the body, promoting natural healing and pain relief. This ancient practice effectively addresses musculoskeletal pain, migraines, digestive issues, and stress-related conditions. Patients experience improved energy flow and symptom reduction through personalized treatment plans.
Herbal Medicine
Custom herbal formulations complement our acupuncture treatments, enhancing the body's natural healing processes. Our practitioners prescribe tailored combinations of traditional Chinese herbs to address specific health concerns without pharmaceutical side effects. These natural remedies support long-term wellness and symptom management.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy uses controlled suction to improve circulation and relieve muscle tension. This technique effectively treats chronic pain, sports injuries, and stress-related conditions by promoting blood flow and releasing tight connective tissues. Patients experience immediate relaxation and improved mobility after sessions.
Tai Chi Instruction
Our Tai Chi classes combine gentle movement with mindfulness to improve balance, flexibility, and overall wellness. This low-impact exercise benefits patients with joint pain, stress disorders, and mobility challenges through slow, controlled movements and breathing techniques.
Stretching Workshops
These workshops teach Lajin stretching techniques to improve flexibility and joint health. Participants learn self-care practices that enhance circulation, reduce stiffness, and maintain range of motion through guided stretching routines and posture correction.

Hi, my name is Donald Looney I'm a Veteran with ongoing Neck pain and bad headaches because of a rupture in my Cervical C4 Vertebrae. At first I started going to a Chiropractor on my own. I felt ok when I left the manipulation services. But eventually the symptoms returned. Finally I decided to stop that. I have heard about Acupuncture for years, but never had a reason to go. I Found a Chinese lady who I also went on my own for a few visits, with needles and cupping.
It wasn't cheap. But I did eventually feel relief. Before the VA sent me to neck Therapy exercises. But I continued to have problems. I told my VA doctor and they Finally got me approved for outside treatment paid for By the VA. They recommended Dr. Bray I have been to him for a few visits now. And as time goes on, my problems are gradually going away! He Is very Compassionate and Professional and I look forward to my next visit. I highly recommend his services to anyone who has any kind of pain. I'm So glad that I finally decided to try Accupuncter, every time I hear somebody talking about pain, I recommend Accupuncture. I
