Jennifer (Ambika) specializes in the ancient Vedic healing sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga. Jennifer was introduced to yoga and meditation when she was 15 years old.

After an initial ayurvedic consultation, you may want to schedule periodic follow up appointments to ensure your overall constitution is in good standing. A 45 minute follow up ayurvedic session is $50 and can take place remotely or at our office in Chico, California. Please let us know your preference when scheduling!
