After just one acupuncture appointment, the severe pain I've been in the last few months has subsided a bit. If you're thinking of doing it, make the appointment! Chandon took her time and asked me what's been going on. She's been doing this for 14 years and made me feel very comfortable. I have more appointments scheduled and am hopeful that my progress continues so positively.

I found Cailin at Isthmus Wellness to help me with a long term frozen shoulder that was quickly consuming my mental health and creating anxiety I couldn't deal with any longer. I tried to find relief through chiropractic, massage, and hot laser therapy with no relief.
