Our hours are detailed on the schedule posted on this web page; generally there is a morning class, lunch-time class and early evening classes Monday thru Saturday.

Becca began yoga ten years ago for physical fitness, but with time and practice, yoga became a tool for mental and physical healing. Her teaching focuses on the yogic tenet of ahimsa or being kind to yourself and others. With this in mind, she seeks to learn about students' goals, challenges and backgrounds individually, so she can help them experience yoga with compassion and courage.

She is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience in the Health and Wellness Industry and an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer. Beginning Yoga - A class that introduces you to yoga postures (asana) and proper alignment; to the importance of yogic breathwork (pranayama); to calming the mind using dharana (focus) and dhyana (meditation); and the path path. This is the class that opens the door, but you have to walk thru. Oh, and the path is yours, whatever you shall make it.
