Back to Health has been a life changing experience. I have dealing with back pain for a lot longer than I realized and when it finally decided I had to pay attention to it I was "grounded". The entire staff has been fantastic with helping me get "back on my feet"! From the front desk to Dr. Heard everyone is supportive, friendly and in "the know". Scheduling is easy and flexible. The schedule Dr. Heard put me on is working and she is always happy to answer any additional questions. I would highly recommend speaking with them!

Serena at Back to Health Chiropractic was amazing! I injured myself lifting my cooler at a volleyball tournament. My left shoulder spasmed and my ribs shifted. It was hurting to breath. Luckily Serena was there and she gave me a brief 3 min adjustment.and wow I could breath without pain again. My pain level went from a 9 to a almost none! So thankful for her skills and healing abilities!

Back to Health had a great atmosphere from the minute I walked in. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The process from check in, to the warm-up area, and finally to the patient room, flowed very nicely. Serena was warm and bubbly but took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood what was happening with my body. That girl has some magic hands! I felt great at the end of my appointment and I will definitely be back!

I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had with Serena! She was amazing. I have an ongoing issue with my neck and hips and she has been wonderful. Caring and professional. The rest of the care team is amazing as well! The front desk employees are thoughtful, fun, helpful and accommodate your every need! Late getting started and I was 45 minutes early to get all the paperwork done before I saw the chiropractor. I'm on a very tight schedule and Serena was awesome! Thank God for chiropractor's! After my visit I was scheduled for a cortisone shot and I didn't need it! No more pain!

Met with Dr. Cotter this week to talk about Hashimotos Hypothyroidism which I was diagnosed with in July 2020. After reviewing my labs & health history with me I've got a lot of work to do but feel confident I'm on the right path to healing. Highly recommend not only for chiropractor services but if you're dealing with autoimmune disorders this is the place to go!
