We specialize in the use of diet, nutritional and herbal supplements, and lifestyle counseling to help our patients achieve optimal health. My work is to search for and discover the causes of your 'dis-ease, ' and then teach you how to care for those causes. I have a general family practice, with specialties of weight loss, fatigue, thyroid, gastrointestinal, allergies, hormonal and menopausal issues.

Craniosacral Therapists use gentle hands-on techniques to help release internal tensions within the body and seek to act as facilitators, helping clients get in touch with their body's own Inner Wisdom, that part within each of us that knows everything about our health. We pay particular attention to the dura mater, the membrane which surrounds the brain and spinal cord.
