Services
Acupuncture
Traditional Chinese acupuncture uses fine needles to stimulate energy flow and treat chronic pain, migraines, and women's health issues. Our practitioners combine this ancient practice with modern physical therapy techniques for enhanced effectiveness. Patients experience reduced inflammation, improved circulation, and lasting pain relief through personalized treatment plans.
Herbal Medicine
Custom herbal formulations address digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and stress-related conditions. Prescribed by board-certified herbalists, our high-quality herbs come in capsules, granules, or raw forms. Each formula is tailored to individual health profiles, complementing acupuncture treatments for comprehensive wellness solutions targeting both symptoms and root causes.
Physical Therapy
Manual therapy techniques including joint mobilization and myofascial release restore mobility and reduce pain. Therapeutic exercise programs strengthen muscles and improve posture, preventing symptom recurrence. Our integrative approach combines hands-on treatment with patient education for lasting musculoskeletal health improvements in neck, back, and joint conditions.
Post-COVID Recovery
Specialized treatment protocols address lingering symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, and respiratory issues following COVID-19 infection. Acupuncture and herbal supplements work synergistically to restore energy levels, clear respiratory congestion, and rebalance immune function, helping patients regain pre-illness health status through targeted, holistic interventions.
Women's Health
Comprehensive treatment for menstrual pain, menopausal symptoms, and fertility challenges combines acupuncture with herbal regulation. Our approach addresses hormonal imbalances at their source, reducing pain intensity and duration while improving overall reproductive health through non-invasive, natural interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs.

I highly recommend Legend Rehab. Daniel is a true professional. After a couple treatments you really start to understand his diverse knowledge in Chinese medicine. I look forward to his treatments every week, treating both an existing condition and aiding in the prevention of future problems that may have otherwise occurred.
