My therapist is competent, experienced and humane. Besides the above skills, she is also able to understand and connect therapeutically and as a person. The skills she brings to a session are extraordinary and she makes connections between events that would not appear relevant at first. Admire and respect Dr. DeSouza and her skills.

I have been coming to Shin Wellness for over 7 years. I primarily see Dr. Gallego for chiropractic adjustments and she is the absolute best! She has helped me with so much more than chiropractic issues and always goes above and beyond for her patients. The rest of the Shin staff is also fabulous! Everyone is welcoming and inviting and really takes the time to listen to your needs. I cannot picture my life without Shin in it!
