We're now live-streaming more than a dozen classes per week via Zoom. You can signup for classes using the mindbody app, and you'll immediately receive a zoom link to participate. We aim to create a safe space for all students while supporting everyone's right to privacy and personal choice. Please register in advance if possible to assure yourself a spot, we will not allow more than 10 people per class. If you register for class, but do not show up or cancel less than 4 hours in advance, we will charge you $10 unless we can fill your spot.

If you cancel a studio class less than 4 hours before class starts you will charged an additional $10 fee per cancelled class. You are a valuable member of our community, even if you cannot make it into the studio right now. Setting up a routine for your health and fitness goals is vital for success and dedication, especially when our lives are full.
How to Prepare for Class

Arrive at minimum 5-10 minutes before the start of class to ensure yourself a space, allow time to set up, and be ready to begin at the starting time. Coconino County transmission rate remains in High Status, therefore, all students and teachers must wear masks while in the building, including during practice.
