Had extreme lower back pain trouble getting up an just walking a few feet. The team at Helton Chiropractic got x-rays an set me on a treatment plan. After just 3 treatments I could notice a big change. I was able to walk more upright an the pain has gone down alot. I'm thankful for there knowledge an treatment that they give me every session

Dr Ramos was great! My daughter pitches for Lamesa High School and her back was really hurting her. He was able to adjust her back and use a stimulating machine on her. She feels much better! Thank you

Very disappointed in the office that I had heard such great things about. We drove an hour to come to this office to be completely disappointed. Unorganized, doesn't completely inform you of what to expect at first appointment, and the doctor seemed to careless about us as patients. Wouldn't recommend.

Best place for veterans! I had lost hope of getting cared for at another local facility that had good reviews. But my insurance wouldn't cover it (though I was told it would) and because I couldn't afford the traction therapy for a whopping $3,000.00 I resolved to just be in pain. The VA saw that I didn't go anymore and called me with concern and got me into Helton! I'm so very excited and after my first visit I felt listened to and the chiropractor did a thorough examination.
I am now looking forward to getting better and having my visits covered by my VA insurance! Also, the staff is very nice. I accidentally dropped my necklace ( I took it off for my X-rays) and the girl at the front counter called me before I left the parking lot to tell me she found it! I'm glad to be a part of the Helton family now!
