I learned about Dr. Anthony from my UPS driver, who had told me he had done wonders for his wife and some other drivers. I had major IT band issues and was out of alignment from sitting at the computer too much with bad posture. Through consistency, which is key with these problems, have never felt better. My posture is great and I feel great when I get out of bed (short of a miracle). Dr. Anthony walks you through the process, explains how your muscles and joints are connected and has a very friendly demeanor. I highly recommend him.
