I absolutely love this facility. Sherry at the front desk is professional and makes you feel welcomed on every visit. Dr. Spencer has assisted me to get to where I can move with minimum to no pain. The flexibility with scheduling is perfect and you do not wait long if you wait at all. I am fully satisfied with them and will continue my therapy here.

I found Active Spine while looking for a local chiropractor to help me with a low back injury. They are the best I've been to and Dr. Spencer is just fantastic. He's helped so much in my recovery. He is super knowledgeable and very kind to his patients. And Cherie is always a smiling face when you walk in the office and so willing to help you with whatever you need. The team at Active Spine is the best, I highly recommend.

By far the best Chiropractic office in North Carolina. Dr Chalet is amazingly. He does an excellent job explaining the treatment he provides and the staff (Sherry) is wonderful. Very good massage therapists too. I strongly recommend at least one visit and check it out for yourself.

I highly recommend Dr. Charlet and Active Spine! The office is cozy and clean and the check in process allows you to select any current pain points. Everything is tailored to your specific needs overall AND in real time when you visit. Dr. Charlet is knowledgeable and friendly and makes the whole visit a fantastic experience. I switched to Active Spine last year and I didn't regret it! Dr. Charlet has been able to adjust me where my other chiropractor couldn't. I went from needing chiropractic care once a week to every other week! I think soon I will be able to decrease even more. Dr. Charlet and Cherie (reception) are very personable and always welcoming.
