Independent health food stores are far and few between in the suburbs - so when I stumbled upon this store, I was pleasantly surprised. I don't live near here - I was on my way back from picking up something in Round Lake Beach. If I find myself in this area again, I will definitely shop here. They have a terrific selection and while some of the prices are a little high, they had great deals on several clearance shelves.
I scored an 18.7 ounce tub of Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen from one of these shelves! The original price was $52.95 - the online price everywhere is $49.99 - so this is a little high. It was on sale for $19.99 with an additional 30% off, so I got it for $13.99! What an incredible deal -the best before date is 9/2020, but I'm sure it will last well past then. I loved the whole body and cosmetic section - very lovely and unusual items that would make great gifts. And I was impressed with their selection of sugar-free candy and gum, especially all the flavors of of Ice Chips.

Excellent customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have what I am looking for they will get it. They even order my specialty needs for my chickens health. Fabulous selection. If Allways Healthy does not have what you need they will find it for you.
