Services
Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves the insertion of ultra-thin needles at specific points to stimulate the bodys natural healing processes. Our clinic specializes in the Balance Method, which provides rapid pain relief by addressing imbalances in the bodys energy flow. Patients experience mild sensations and often fall asleep during sessions, leaving feeling rejuvenated and balanced.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Customized herbal formulas are created to complement acupuncture treatments and address individual health concerns. Our well-stocked dispensary offers high-quality herbs that enhance treatment effectiveness. This ancient practice combines traditional wisdom with modern science to support long-term wellness and symptom management.
Trigger Point Therapy
This technique targets tight muscle knots to alleviate pain and improve mobility. It is often integrated with acupuncture for enhanced results. Patients with chronic pain conditions, such as fibromyalgia, benefit from reduced discomfort and increased range of motion through targeted, therapeutic interventions.
Dry Needling
Dry needling focuses on releasing muscle tension and reducing inflammation by inserting needles directly into trigger points. It is effective for sports injuries and musculoskeletal pain. Patients often notice immediate improvements in flexibility and reduced stiffness after treatment.
Pain Management
Our holistic approach addresses chronic pain through acupuncture, herbal medicine, and complementary therapies. Conditions like arthritis, migraines, and sciatica are treated with tailored plans that promote long-term relief. Patients report significant pain reduction and improved quality of life after consistent treatment sessions.

It really made a difference! I had bursitis in my hip and general inflammation and pain. In just a few sessions it was all gone and I could run again. Carleton was helpful about my insurance coverage and generally kind. I highly, highly recommend him!

I lead an active lifestyle, between outdoor pursuits, training, working on my feet, and being an involved daddy for a 4 year old. Lots of aches and pains associated with all those things, and this acupuncture practice has facilitated healing of all those including diminishing my stress levels. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I initially started going to Alpine Acupuncture during my fertility journey (which was successful!). Along the way I found that Carleton was able to help me better manage my sleep issues and occasional anxiety. I would and do recommend this practice to anyone looking for Acupuncture or looking to manage a variety of ailments or concerns. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the trust I've found in this practice!
