IF you want help right away: Dr. Todd Maderis is a phenomenal resource for cutting edge treatment on all things related to LYME disease. He saved the quality of my life. He and his staff are very warm and easy to work with; I have seen many practitioners and he is the first doctor who really helped me. I was not sure I could work as I was so ill, and within a month I was feeling almost like my younger self without Lyme disease.

I came for treatment of menopause with bioidentical hormones, which she said she does. I got zero help with that. No prescription after 4 visits. Instead, she wanted to sell me a lot of expensive supplements to treat other issues and to have me come in for osteopathic treatments. When I told her that one gave me horrible side effects, she seemed to not believe me and gave me no help overcoming it.
I lost two weeks of my life recovering from it. She didn't seem interested in what I've tried before (including osteopathic treatments from 3 others). Also, there is an email system but no nurse in the office. Any question that I've asked over email was replied, make another appointment to discuss - even when issues were urgent and related to something sold to me by her. She seems like she cares. It may have just been me. The setup at this office though doesn't seem to be patient focused but $$$$$ focused.

When I was reviewing the best decisions I've made over 2017 the first thing that came to mind was going to Dr. Jacqueline Chan as a patient. I had been struggling with EBV Type Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for over six months after a case of mononucleosis. As you know the prognosis for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is dismal. I was sleeping 14 hours a day and had to cut my work back to half time and had no social life because I was sleeping all the time and had no energy.
It was even painful to ride in the car because it was overstimulating. After three months on her regimen I got back to BETTER than full strength! I have used Dr. Chan several years ago as well and again she got me feeling the best I ever felt in my life: outstanding energy, tranquility, amazing mental stability. I would recommend Dr. Chan anyone who wants to have the best life possible!

I found Dr Chan through a program discovered while in Cancun. I liked her and she seems like she is good and cares but disappointed in the follow up. No replies to duplicate emails and calls, Disappointed!

I feel blessed to have found Dr. Jacqueline Chan. She is an incredible healer, doctor and practitioner. She truly is a complimentary doctor, in that she is extremely well versed in medical and osteopathy, yet extremely well versed and experienced with natural, alternative healing techniques also. She treats via osteopathic adjustments, cranial sacral, breathing, stress reduction, nutritional supplements, diet, and lifestyle modifications.
She even taught be a new QiGong exercise that I had never new, even though I have been praticing QiGong and Taiji on and off for 5 years. She did a thorough patient intake with me that included my diet, my lifestyle, my blood work up and my stress levels. She customized a treatment plan that had great results, including I now have MUCH better sleep. She is a caring, sensitive and brilliant doctor, healer and person, and I give her a big thumbs up.
