Working from my heart, and with decades committed to learning and experiencing shamanic knowledge, I offer understanding, compassion, and empathy to my clients. As part of my personal healing journey and training, I have travelled extensively; sat in ceremony; learnt from indigenous healers (Onanya) of the Shipibo tribe deep in the Amazonian Rainforest of Peru; and undertaken pilgrimage across Mexico with Marakames of the Huichol tribe. With the Marakames, I visited their sacred land, Wirikuta, and gained invaluable insights into the way they work and the plant medicine they use.

Shamanism is a truly ancient healing tradition. It is rooted in our connection with ourselves, our ancestors, and nature. It helps us to work within community to heal each other and to be more in harmony with the land. Intention, prayer, ritual, and offerings are used to strengthen this connection.

I create unique, one-to-one medicine walks in nature for individual clients, designed as a bespoke response to whatever issues they face. Based in the landscapes and sites of East Sussex, they incorporate elements from around the medicine wheel to release stuck emotions, to ground people, and to heal.

The tarot is a powerful tool to access wisdom and intuition to answer the many questions we have in life. The cards weave a story that mirrors what is happening on a conscious and unconscious level in our lives. The tarot consists of 78 cards, 22 Major Arcana and 56 Minor Arcana. Each card holds its own imagery, rich symbolism and energy.
