Services
Customized Massage Therapy
Tailored massage sessions combining Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point techniques address individual needs like pain relief, stress reduction, and improved mobility. Our licensed therapists personalize each session to target specific concerns while ensuring optimal comfort. Regular treatments promote long-term wellness by improving circulation, releasing chronic tension, and enhancing physical recovery.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Gentle rhythmic movements stimulate lymph fluid circulation to reduce swelling, detoxify tissues, and strengthen immune function. This specialized technique benefits post-surgical recovery, chronic edema, and autoimmune conditions. Clients experience reduced inflammation and improved systemic health through targeted lymphatic system support.
Float Therapy
Private float tanks provide weightless relaxation in Epsom salt-saturated water, reducing sensory input to promote deep mental and physical restoration. Regular sessions alleviate chronic stress, enhance mindfulness, and improve sleep quality. The zero-gravity environment offers unique benefits for athletes, chronic pain sufferers, and mental health maintenance.
Sound Healing
Therapeutic crystal bowls and gongs create vibrational frequencies that reduce cortisol levels, balance energy centers, and induce meditative states. Group immersions and private sessions address emotional trauma, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation. Scientifically supported benefits include improved mood stability and enhanced cellular regeneration through harmonic resonance.
Fertility Wellness
Specialized massage and holistic therapies improve reproductive system function through increased circulation and hormonal balance. Tailored protocols support both natural conception and assisted reproductive technology outcomes. Services include abdominal massage, stress reduction techniques, and personalized wellness coaching to optimize fertility health for all genders.

I was able to get a same day appointment for a 75 minute massage with Glynn Blackburn! I walked in and the receptionist already knew who I was and was very polite. Glynn introduced himself and told me he had reviewed the answers to my intake questionnaire. He had already memorized what my problem areas were and had a game plan for my deep tissue massage. I was very impressed with his knowledge and I could tell me was dedicated to relieving my back pain.
The massage itself was amazing! Glynn made sure the pressure he applied was ok and told me what he was finding as he was massaging me. He could tell that I had been lifting weights recently and that I had been doing deep twists in yoga just by massaging my back! I'm so happy I found TheraKneads and Glynn. I would recommend him to anyone I know who wants a relaxing and healing massage with a massage therapist who is knowledgeable and truly cares

This place is wonderful! Easy to schedule. Prices are fair. The people are talented and kind. I have personally experienced: massage therapy, nervous system reset, and Vitality Aesthetics. The massage therapy is fantastic (I'm currently seeing Glynn.) Being disabled I'm a little tricky to work on, and he is simply marvelous! The nervous system reset is amazing! You wouldn't think the various sensations, sounds, vibrations, magnets, etc would do much of anything, but it's like you feel whole again afterwards. Words really don't give this treatment justice.
It's challenging to describe the feeling of peace you have afterwards. Honestly, I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. (Seriously, go get one!) The Vitality Aesthetics was a facial. Which was super easy to schedule. And the person who performed it was great!
