Services
Massage Therapy
Customized soft tissue treatments combine Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular techniques to address chronic pain, postural imbalances, and stress-related conditions. Sessions incorporate cupping, gua sha, and heated tools to enhance circulation and release tension. Certified practitioners adapt pressure and modalities based on individual health history and treatment goals.
Yoga Instruction
Personalized yoga lessons integrate Hatha, Vinyasa, and alignment-focused practices to improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Sessions accommodate all fitness levels and may include therapeutic modifications for injury prevention or recovery. Instructors emphasize breathwork (pranayama) and relaxation techniques to complement physical postures.
Visceral Massage
Specialized abdominal techniques target digestive issues, post-surgical adhesions, and referred pain patterns. Practitioners use gentle, guided manipulation to restore mobility between internal organs and surrounding connective tissue. This therapy addresses conditions like acid reflux, chronic bloating, and TMJ dysfunction through the body's fascial network.
Cranio Sacral Therapy
Subtle manual therapy balances cerebrospinal fluid rhythms and releases restrictions in the craniosacral system. Practitioners address headaches, neck pain, and nervous system dysregulation using light touch techniques on skull sutures, sacrum, and related structures. Sessions promote deep relaxation and neural system recalibration.
Mobile Massage
Professional massage services delivered at client locations include home visits and corporate wellness programs. Therapists utilize portable equipment to provide therapeutic treatments for stress reduction, injury recovery, and preventive care. Sessions maintain the same clinical standards as office-based visits with customized environmental adaptations.
