The office staff is always welcoming. They are committed to make you feel less pain, numbness, stiffness and what ever ailments you have. If you stick to it and follow his directions you'll definitely notice a difference! They are definitely Above and Beyond professional, compassionate, friendly people!

Dr. Bentz was able to see me last minute after a fall and provided an accurate diagnosis of my fractured hand. He went above and beyond by providing me with a splint and how to care for the injury until I was able to see an orthopedic surgeon.

One of the most horrific experiences I've ever had. I still remember it vividly. They took advantage of my pain and "persuaded" me into paying out of pocket. They didn't even adjust me. Just took X-rays and then charged me $100+. I was crying asking for help and asking him to adjust me and they said they don't do that on the first appointment. I have been to many chiropractors and never had a chiropractor refuse to adjust me on the first appointment.
I called many times with complaints and NEVER received a call back. UNTIL, I got a nasty letter in the mail from them accusing me of not wanting to pay. I had already paid and in cash instead of them billing my insurance because they said it would be cheaper that way. Oh by the way, I was a teenager. I called many times to file my complaint because I had no information, no knowledge or guidance other than Bentz Chiropractic taking advantage of me! It's disgusting how little they care about actually helping. Just money hungry.
