Dr. Dustin Emblom always knew he would be in the medical field. He has always had a desire to help people in their time of need. As a child, he was active and enjoyed participating in sports. As a chiropractor, he takes that passion of helping people with him as he specializes in sports and family chiropractic care.

If you are unable to complete them prior to your arrival, you will need to arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment and complete them in our office.
