I have been taking classes at CMY for years and love the flexibility of purchasing a certain number of classes, then attending the ones my schedule allows. They offer classes seven days a week days and evenings; there is a class for every level and schedule. Lucy is a wonderful person whose spirit infuses the studio. Parking is excellent.

CMYW is a serene, comfortable yoga center right here in our community. In fact, CMYW is very much a community unto itself. The variety of classes is unparalleled by any other studio in the area. All of the instructors are incredible and unique! I am always grateful and at peace following a class at CMYW. They not only offer yoga, but interesting workshops! And a retreat to Maine every year. I highly recommend giving CMYW a try. You won't be disappointed!

I love the selection of classes at CMYI. Yin Yoga is quickly becoming my favorite! All the instructors are great and very knowledgeable. They offer walk-in options or you can buy class cards. I also love that you can reserve and pay on-line. It makes it so convenient. The studio is always clean and is in a very convenient location with ample parking.
